In her role as Managing Director, Frances focuses on rolling out strategic planning initiatives, achieving specific growth targets, and delivering as-a-service solutions.

Prior to joining Econocom, Frances was Director - Head of UK & Offshore Corporate Investments at Barclays. Frances joined Barclays in 2011, having previously spent time at Scotia Capital and Bloomberg Tradebook.

Thanks to her extensive experience within the finance industry, Frances is also Head of EMEA Advisory Council to the Board of 100 Women in Finance.

His passion for all things product-related began with a degree in Product Design and has continued to grow through roles at global resellers and vendors. Prior to joining Consenna, he led the Windows Commercial Category at Microsoft.

Simon has an acute interest in the commercial side of a product’s value to sellers, customers, and manufacturers alike. In his role at Consenna he is responsible for the development and delivery of the team's growing product solution portfolio, ensuring the highest level of engagement, impact, and quality, with best-in-class customer service of paramount importance.

Away from work, Simon is a proud dad to a son with Cerebral Palsy and a keen advocate for the advancement of better education and workplace rights for those with disabilities, not least of all where technology can have a positive impact.

Before joining Coterie Dan spent 20 years’ in the Telecoms and Tech industry. He was Head of Customer Innovation at British Telecom and an Innovation Manager in its Applied Research group.

Dan enjoys spending time with family and friends, he is a keen cyclist and volunteers teaching Internet safety and tech literacy in Schools.
